Consent Form

This study involves a web-based exercise designed to understand why your company may qualify for the Research and Experimentation Tax Credit as outlined in IRC Code Section 41. The study is being conducted by MoBee USA Inc based on IRC Code Section 41 requirements and relevant state tax regulations. No deception is involved, and the study involves no personal financial risk to participants.

Participation in the study typically takes 50 minutes and is strictly confidential. Participants begin by answering a series of questions about company facts before more specific questions were addressed about the company’s financial data and relevant development activities.

All responses are treated as confidential, and all data will be aggregated into a final deliverable format for download. Participant should be aware that the study is being run from a "secure" https server of the kind typically used to handle credit card transactions.

Participation of this Study require approval from site administrator before access were granted to registered users. Registration will be reviewed based on factual information provided during initial sign-up. MoBee USA Inc reserve all rights to grant, revoke, and/or postpone access rights to any of the pages from designated users if we deem there was false information provided, or the intent of the use of our website was anything but to complete a true R&D study for your company or so represent.
